This achieves a strong and long lasting coated finish for hardware parts particularly exposed to areas that suffer high corosion, such as coastal high salt in the air. Also areas that suffer from higher chemical corrosion will typically see hardware parts becoming contaminated and coroding much quicker. The range of door letterplates have been built from 304 stainless steel and coated with long lasting finishes to ensure a high quality and long lasting instalation as long as the home owner periodically cleans the surfaces with only warm soapy water and never uses chemicals.
