Neben Pferden mit hohem Energieverbrauch eignet sich die stabilisierte Reiskleie von Mühldorfer sehr gut zur Fütterung von Pferden, die schwer Futter ansetzen, zur Fütterung von Pferde-Senioren und geschwächter Pferde. Mühldorfer Reiskleie durchläuft ein spezielles Verarbeitungsverfahren, bei dem sie ohne chemische Zusätze stabilisiert wird. Sie ist zudem frei von Konservierungsstoffen und Melasse und kommt häufig im Rahmen therapeutischer Konzepte zum Einsatz.
