Metylan Ovalit TM is a solvent-free glue based on polyvinyl acetate in aqueous dispersion. Metylan Ovalit TM glue is ideal for applying most paper-backed, textile or non-woven wall coverings on normally absorbent bottoms. It is particularly suitable for textiles (woven, needled, thread, flocked/imitation of suede, fiber-based velvet, burlap, coated fabrics, fabrics on fleece), glass canvases to be painted, PVC coatings (vinyl coatings with paper backing, textile or nonwoven, foamed vinyl coatings on a woven/polyester or mineral nonwoven support). It is also suitable for gluing large width wall coverings with foam backing, on the recommendation of manufacturers. Metylan Ovalit TM offers low consumption: 150 to 300 g/m². Its final intake is acquired after 24-48 hours. It has an open time 20 to 30 min (depending on temperature, ambient humidity and degree of absorption of the support). It has an immediate hold and excellent grip, it becomes transparent after drying, offers a very good glide and a simple application.
