- PROOFS CRACKS & BUILDING DEFECTS AGAINST RODENTS: Rats can squeeze through even 1.5cm gap, so proofing small gaps (e.g. where pipes pass through walls) is essential. Unlike other fillers, Rat Tape creates a waterproof, sealed surface over cracks and holes.
- STAINLESS STEEL MESH CORE: Designed to give rats a hard time getting past it, Metex Rat Tape is both chew-proof and waterproof, with a stainless steel mesh between two layers of sticky butyl tape.
- EASY TO USE: Rat Tape sticks well to most building materials like wood, PVC, brickwork and concrete. Just clean and dry the area before applying the tape, cut it to size with tin snips and apply. Rat Tape can be painted over to blend with its surroundings, and overlapped to proof larger defects.
- DIFFERENT SIZES AVAILABLE: Our Rat trap is available in 1 metre and 5 metre options. So you can pick the right size for the job.
