Thanks to the open mesh structure of Mepitel One, wound exudate flows into a secondary dressing, e.g. Mextra Superabsorbent. This facilitates topical treatments. Secondary dressings can be changed without interfering with the healing process. Mepitel One is adhesive on one side, making it easy to apply. Thanks to its transparency, you can check the wound without having to remove the spreader.
