Mepilex Border Lite is a hospital quality dressing that minimizes pain during dressing changes while managing wound care at home. The dressing is a thin, conformable, all-in-one, bordered foam dressing and is ideal for body contours and hard to dress areas. It is a self-adherent dressing with a 2-layer foam pad designed to absorb light drainage and maintain its integrity. Available in a broad selection of sizes, it adheres gently and securely to dry skin and helps reduce the risk of damage to healthy skin. The Mepilex Border Lite wound dressing maintains a moist wound environment while minimizing pain and trauma to the wound and surrounding skin. Constructed with Safetac technology, the soft silicone adhesive has been shown to reduce pain and trauma to the wound during dressing changes and to minimize the risk of maceration or skin break down which may result from prolonged exposure to moisture from a wound.
