Product Description Mentholatum Deep Heat patch single is suitable for muscular aches and pains, joint stiffness, backache, strains and sprains. Ingredients Iron powder, Activated Charcoal, Vermiculite, Potassium Chloride, Water Directions THIS PRODUCT IS AIR ACTIVATED. OPEN ONLY WHEN READY TO USE. Instructions for use: Use on clean, dry skin. Open pack, remove protective film from patch. Apply adhesive side of patch to the skin at the centre of the affected area. On flexible joints it may be helpful to use dressing tape to hold the patch firmly in place. The patch will heat up after 5 minutes and remain warm for up to 8 hours. Single use only, DO NOT attempt to reheat in oven or microwave. Use only one patch on the same area in 24 hours. Warnings: For external use only. Do not ingest as heat generating mixture includes iron and salt which can be harmful if ingested. If swallowed or accidental ingestion occurs, rinse mouth with water and seek immediate medical help. If contents come into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. Discontinue use if sensitivity occurs or the patch gets uncomfortably hot. Do not use with other topical medications or other heat sources. Do not use on children or other persons requiring supervision or whilst asleep. Do not use on broken skin or on bruises or swellings. Do not use on the face or mucous membranes. If you are diabetic, pregnant, have poor circulation, nerve damage or a skin condition, consult your doctor before use.
