Directions To apply the Melissa & Doug Temporary Tattoos, first clean and dry the desired area of skin. Remove the tattoo from the backing, place it on the skin with the design facing down, and cover it with a damp cloth for 30 seconds. Then, remove the cloth and the tattoo's backing to reveal the design. To remove the tattoo, simply peel it off.
