Transmission belt of 1890 mm development, responsible for transmitting the movement of the engine to the tumble dryer drum. It is mounted on tumble dryers from Ariston, Indesit, Otsein, Hoover, Candy, Zerowatt, Creda, Rosières, Fagor, Edesa, White Westinghouse, Brandt, Aspes, Kelvinator, Hotpoint, among many other brands. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY Once you have accessed the back of the dryer: 1. Pass the belt through the motor pulley. 2. Then carry the strap through the tensioner*, to the side of the pump (* there may be 1 tensioner, 2 tensioners or not). 3. And start spinning slowly and forcefully. The strap will be placed as the elasticity is given. That is, it mounts like a bicycle chain. (See photo) WHY BREAK THE BELTS? Most Tumble Dryer Straps are broken by the same cause: because they burn. You will know your dryer strap has burned because the ends of the strap have been slightly curved inwards, and the inner groove has been lowered. To prevent the strap from breaking due to this cause, it is advisable not to overload the dryer or dry shoes or sneakers. This will prevent the pump from being locked while the motor pulley rotates and the belt burns.
