Product description
Iron-on instructions: 1. Place the patch on a flat, heat-resistant surface. To ensure that the garment provides a suitable surface for the patch, iron it first. 2. Now place the patch on the desired place. The adhesive side should be flat against the fabric. Make sure the patch is not crooked. 3. Preheat the iron. Turn it to the hottest level suitable for your fabric. Do not use steam. Make sure the steam function is off and that your iron is not filled with water. 4. Place a thin towel over the patch. Make sure that the patch does not accidentally slip. The cloth protects the patch itself as well as the surrounding fabric. 5. Press the hot iron firmly onto the patch. Hold the iron on the same place for about 15 seconds. Press as hard as possible. 6. Remove the iron and allow the patch to cool. Lift the cloth and check if the patch is securely adhered by gently trying to lift the patch around the edge with a finger. If it can be lifted, put the towel on it again and press the iron on the patch for another 10 seconds. Care instructions: Consider sewing the edges. For a well-fitting patch, use a sewing machine or needle and thread to attach the patch to the fabric. This greatly reduces the likelihood of the patch falling off. A few well-placed stitches around the edges and delicate areas will greatly help your creation to withstand a lifetime of wear and laundry. Warnings: Be very careful with polyester fabrics as the high heat required to iron on patches can burn or discolor the fabric. Silk and other delicate fabrics are not good for patches

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
