Product Description Unique reusable cold packs are supplied flat packed. Cellular design expands when soaked in water to allow packs to be heated or chilled for therapy use. Cells can be cut out with scissors - ideal for treating children and smaller areas Indications pain relief, muscle recovery, injury treatment (e.g. sprains, strains), reducing inflammation or swelling Directions Place the compress on the affected area and leave it for a recommended duration (typically 15-20 minutes), then remove it to let the area return to normal temperature.
