Therefore, this adapter can adapt spectra backflow protector to be compatible with medela breastshields and bottles. This adapter also connects between maymom short stem backflow protector and maymom narrow neck breastshield. This product includes two extra maymom duckbill valves. They are not original Spectra duckbill valves. Maymom duckbill valves have the same function as original spectra S1 accessories, Spectra S2 accessories, and Spectra 9 plus.
