Product Description MAXIMUM APOCALYPSE: GOTHIC HORRORS - The supernatural is real. Unspeakable horrors await those who venture out at night. Vampires drain the life of their victims while cultists summon strange creatures. We’re hoping that we can scrounge together enough supplies to survive without our minds snapping, but it is a heavy burden to bear. NEW SCENARIOS: Maximum Apocalypse: Gothic Horrors adds new supernatural scenarios including Vampires, the Rapture, Dinosaurs and more. Face off against life draining vampires, ghouls and werewolves in a classic monster set or try and stop a bunch of cultists from summoning Cthulhu or other unspeakable Lovecraftian horrors. NEW DECK: Each apocalypse brings with it new gameplay mechanics such as the Insanity deck of phobias or the new night/day event deck. NEW SURVIVORS: This expansion also adds 5 new survivor characters, the Priest, Ronin, Army Ranger, Adventurer, and Scientist. The Adventurer is high risk adventurer trying to hunt down precious artifacts from our lost civilization. This expansion also introduces a new dino apocalypse deck of 30 cards with new missions and challenging and chaotic stampeding chain reactions. Each character comes with their own unique survivor deck of abilities and equipment cards. Gothic Horrors can be played as a stand-alone 1-4 player game or combined with the contents of any other Maximum Apocalypse games or expansions to support up to 6 players. Survivors from Maximum Apocalypse, Kaiju Rising, Wasted Wilds, and Jurassic Perils are all fully playable in this game.
