Ingredients Natural cotton absorbent core and cover sheet, MaxION silver and tourmaline strip, PE breathable backsheet, and adhesive strip, PE wrapper. Directions Place the liner in your underwear with the adhesive side down. Ensure it sticks properly to your underwear. Change the liner as needed, typically every 2-3 hours or more frequently if necessary. Dispose of used liners in a trash can, wrapping them in tissue or placing them in a plastic bag before disposal for hygiene purposes.
