The base coat is a lash-thickening formula that contains volumising spheres, wax and dark pigments to create a high quality finish with an abundance of high impact volume. This, combined with our big brush ensures extreme volume. The intensifying lacquer top coat is thinner than the volumising base coat, allowing it to flow across the volumised micro texture of the base layer, leaving a smooth, polished, intensely black finish.
