Kit Includes: 2 silicone keychain cases (graphite and light grey) 3 pairs of memory foam earplugs (32 dB NRR) Directions Insert the earplugs by rolling and pressing into a narrow shape, then gently place them into the ear canal and holding them until they expand for a comfortable fit. Clean the earplugs with warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly before storing them in the included case. Replace earplugs if they are damaged or no longer provide the desired noise reduction.
