They instantly connect two strips together or attach a strip to a power wire without any soldering required. Featuring an innovative clamp-on design, these 2-pin connectors simply snap onto the copper pads of your LED strip to create a permanent joint. Slowly clamping down the connectors with a pair of pliers (not included) presses the contacts together, allowing power to flow freely through the connection. Once secured, the connectors cannot be detached. Only works with 5mm wide COB or SMD 2835 LED strip lights with dual soldering pads. Not compatible with 12mm 10mm or 8mm LED strips. How to Use the LED Strip Splicing Connectors 1. Select the appropriate length of 22 AWG red and black wire without stripping the insulation. 2. Insert the red and black wires into the wire slot on the connectors. Use pliers to gently clamp down and secure the wires in place. 3. Insert your LED strip into the strip holder end of the connectors, aligning the solder pads on your strip with the 2 pin needles in the connectors. 4. Use pliers to firmly press on the pin needles of the connectors to ensure they fully pierce the wires and LED strip. 5. The connection is now complete.
