The Ice-Masta Boots are designed to assist in the treatment and prevention of localised swelling and unwanted heat in the horses lower limb. Set of two. Ideal for use directly after exercise to quickly reduce the temperature of tendons. The soft-feel gel pack remains pliable when frozen, ensuring close contact against the tendons and fetlock joint, this allows the boot to contour around the leg and lower limb for maximum contact to key areas. The Ice Masta Therapy Boots are ideal for travelling away to shows as well as everyday use on the yard, the gel packs can be kept flat in a cooler bag when away or in the freezer at the yard, home or even in the horsebox. The gel packs simply attach to the top of the boots by hook and loop fastening and sit neatly behind a soft mesh lining which protects the skin from freeze burn. How to use 1. Place the gel packs flat in the freezer for a minimum of 2-4 hours. The gel packs will remain soft after freezing. 2. Ensure the outer straps of the boots are securely but comfortably fastened. 3. Ideal to use for short periods (20-30 mins) 4. For best results use directly after exercise. 5. Provides up to 40 minutes of cooling therapy treatment. 6. Can be worn on both front or back legs.
