They were developed by Julius Weigelt around 1970. The blanks are made with injection molds using a polyethylene material. All of the MAROLIN - Plastik figures are handpainted in Germany. After the painting a patina is carefully applied to each figure to create a nostalgic charme. The articles are carefully packed.
