The Manthorpe Felt Lap Vent is a REFURBISHMENT product so built to reduce the risk of condensation in your roof. Each Felt Lap Vent increases the airflow through the 3000mm² per unit once installed within the roof space. These vents fit in minutes and the 3 integrated clips ensure a simple, easy installation. Manthorpe Felt Round Vents are mounted on each side of every other rafter at a low level to allow cross flow ventilation and control of condensation. They fit into rafter spacings between 400-600mmbr/ Features and Benefits: Fits into the joist with a range of 400mm – 600mm, Suitable for most roofs. Offers the Loft with 3000 mm² Airflow PRO unit installed; Easy assembly product with a cone to insert between the felt round air ducts; each unit has an additional 3 clips to ensure a secure and good hold, even on degrading felt.
