Product Description Senior (Age 11 and Over) The Makura Lithos Mouthguards protective technology has been engineered for the highest levels of protection and comfort. All Makura mouthguards are Latex, BPA and Phthalate (DEHP) free, and come complete with a light and durable case to keep your mouthguard clean and safe. All Makura mouthguards are fully CE compliant so that you can be confident you are buying the highest levels of safety. Directions To properly fit, wear, and maintain the Makura Lithos Mouthguard, follow these steps: 1. Before using the mouthguard for the first time, submerge it in boiling water for 30-40 seconds to soften the material. 2. Remove the mouthguard from the water and let it cool for a few seconds. 3. Place the mouthguard in your mouth and bite down gently, making sure to cover all the surfaces of your teeth. 4. Use your fingers to shape the mouthguard around your teeth and gums, ensuring a snug fit. 5. Once the mouthguard has cooled and hardened, remove it from your mouth. 6. Wear the mouthguard during sports activities to protect your teeth and braces. 7. After each use, clean the mouthguard with toothpaste and warm water, then let it air dry. 8.
