Product Description Khans of Tarkir is the first set in the newest Magic The Gathering block and also a previously mentioned plane in the Magic Multiverse as the homeland of Planeswalker Sarkhan Vol. Tarkir is a plane scourged by war, controlled by constantly battling warlords, who had a tradition of slaying dragons for sport and glory, driving the beasts to extinction. In this set, the 5 warring clans - Abzan, Jeskai, Sultai, Mardu, Temur - represent an aspect of the 5, now dead Dragons. Each clan will sport three colours, have its own mechanic and will feature a tricoloured legendary Khan.
