Identify the correct earplug size for your ear canal. 3. Gently insert the earplug into your ear canal, ensuring a snug fit. 4. Check for a proper seal by lightly tugging on the earplug or covering your ear and gently sucking in. 5. To remove, gently twist and pull the earplug out. 6. Clean the earplugs after each use with warm, soapy water and allow them to air dry. 7. Store the earplugs in a cool, dry place to preserve their longevity.
