The 100mm jaw depth accommodates large-diameter bores and external features beyond the capacity of standard-jaw calipers. Precision-machined from hardened and ground stainless steel with a fine-adjust thumb wheel for controlled, repeatable slider positioning across large-format components.
- Cabled Data Output | ABS/INC | Preset Value – The MS-222-500 features Type 1 cabled data output, compatible with the M-SURE MS-601-010 USB Data Interface (up to 8 readings per second, no PC driver required) and MS-620-001 Remote Display. Additional functions include ABS/INC switching and Preset Value (offset) - enabling direct reference-point measurement essential for production engineering, incoming inspection, and large-component QC documentation workflows.
- Auto Wake, Auto Power Off, Zero Reset and Inch/Metric Conversion – Standard functions include Auto Wake (activates on movement - no manual power-on required), Auto Power Off to preserve battery life, instant Zero Reset at any position along the 500mm range, Low Battery Alert, and single-button Inch/Metric conversion.
