• With most instruments, no modification of the lyre is necessary. However, in some cases bending the lyre might lead to a more convenient positioning of the lyre. Generally, it is possible to bend the lyre if needed. In order to bend the lyre, please carefully heat the handle before bending (e.g. with a bunsen burner).
