Product Description The Reusable Hot & Cold Pack is perfect for the continuous treatment of an injury at home where you have access to a microwave or freezer. The packs are ideal for treating a wide range of injuries and they last longer than a standard instant hot or cold pack. Use warm for effective relief from muscular and joint aches and pains and cold for reducing swelling and inflammation. The pack will remain flexible at low temperatures. Comes with a Elasticated Holster which can hold the pack to the injured area using the Velcro strap . The Holster is recommended when applying the pack directly to the skin. Reusable. Pack Size 12 x 29cm Indications injuries, muscular pain Directions 1. Remove the pack from its packaging. 2. If using cold therapy, place the pack in the freezer for the desired amount of time. 3. If using hot therapy, place the pack in the microwave and heat it according to the instructions provided with the pack. 4. Apply the pack to the affected area, ensuring a comfortable and safe temperature. 5. Use the elasticated holster with Velcro strap to secure the pack to the injured area, if necessary. 6. For cold therapy, use the pack for up to 30 minutes as needed. 7. For hot therapy, use the pack for up to 30 minutes as needed. 8. Reheat or refreeze the pack for further use.
