Eco by Lupine products are proudly built in Conway, New Hampshire and Guaranteed (Even if Chewed). Made from recycled plastic bottles. Bottles are melted, purified and extruded into thread. The thread is then woven to create this unique soft yet strong material with a rich texture. 1" wide harnesses are suitable for medium and larger dogs. Features strong bar-tack stitching, welded D-rings and a custom designed side-release buckle. In 9 designer colors with matching leashes and collars available. To determine harness size, measure snugly around the dog, just behind the front legs, then add an extra 5-percent for a comfortable fit. Machine wash, warm water, mild soap (no bleach or bleach alternative). Air dry. Lupine products are not recommended for tie-out.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
