This yellow melon has a white flesh with a slightly crunchy texture. Juicy, low in sugar and refreshing, this type of melon is often used for making sorbets. The Canary 2 yellow melon can also be used in desserts, fruit salads or smoothies. Sowing: March to May. Harvest: June to September. We advise you to trellis the plant so that it grows taller to save space in the ground. To do this, use a trellis and sow the seeds at the foot of the trellis every 80 cm.
