Apply a lip balm to moisturise your lips and prevent drying out. 3. Shake the liquid bottle to ensure the product is well mixed. 4. Use the applicator wall, apply a small amount of liquid to your lips. 5. Start applying the product to the middle of your lips and then spread it out. 6. Place the lipstick liquid to dry in a few seconds before closing your lips. 7. Reapply the liquid liquid as needed to achieve your desired intensity.
