Lonicera henryi is a true evergreen honeysuckle grown mainly as it is excellent at coverage so can be used over unsightly objects. It is a vigorous variety that will reach a height of 4-8m , although it can be cut back to keep within bounds. It does have flowers but these are not as large or fragrant like their more decorative cousins. Plats are grown and supplied in 1 litre pots on a tripod of 60cm bamboo canes with a colour label. They have a good root system and can be planted out at any time of the year.
