For 3 tone settings use brighter = 12%. Special blonde tones: mix in a ratio of 1:2 = for example: 60 ml London colour + 120 ml oxidation emulsion. For up to 3 tone levels higher = 9%. For up to 4-5 tone levels higher = 12%.
