Lobelia Crystal Palace Seeds – Intensely Blue, Traditional Bedding Favourite – RHS Award for Garden Merit – Half Hardy Annual – for Your Beautiful Garden

• LOBELIA CRYSTAL PALACE SEEDS: A favourite for edging beds, borders and containers. The intense blue flowers are produced in profusion over compact dark green-bronze, bushy foliage.
• SOW: January to April, FLOWERS: June to October, HEIGHT: 15cm, PREFERS: Full Sun, SEEDS: 2500 Approx.
• FOR INDOOR SOWING: WHEN – January to April. WHERE – In trays of seed compost. HOW - Sow thinly, do not cover seed with compost. Firm gently and keep moist. Cover with glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at approx. 15-20°C. Seedlings appear 14-21 days.
• CARE - Remove cover when seedlings appear. Do not overwater at seedling stage. When large enough transplant little clumps of seedlings 5cm apart in trays. Grow on at approx. 10-15℃. Gradually acclimatise plants to outside conditions from late May onwards (avoid frosts). Transplant 20cm apart in flowering position. Keep moist and weed free. Trim back after flowering to encourage a second flush of colour. FLOWERS – June to October.

A mass of vivid little blue flowers appear profusely over a long season. The vigorous, trailing plants are the perfect choice for container and basket displays.
