This book is an attempt by me to help support anyone who is currently in self-isolation or finds themselves in hospital for an extended stay and needs some to help take their mind off what is happening either to them or in the world at large. I cannot take all the credit for the content of this book. I have reached out to all my friends and family who have all contributed different things.
