This extended aluminium seatpost is approx 130 gram lighter than the Brompton's standard steel seatpost and Pentaclip and 50mm longer than a standard seatpost. This is not only an elegant solution but also save a lot of weight compared to Brompton's Pentaclip solution. The seatpost is flared at the bottom, like the original Brompton seatpost. Max rider weight limit of 80 kg. Recommended maximum rail clamp torque of 5 Nm. The seatpost set consists of an aluminium post, a connecting rod, two yokes, two 5mm bolts and a rail support cradle.
