Problems and solutions: If you are using this LED controller for the first time and there is no response to pressing a button on the remote control, please try the following: 1. Please do not connect the two ends of the receiver incorrectly, otherwise the remote will not work. 2. Please make sure the positive pole is connected to the positive pole and the negative pole is connected to the negative pole. The red cable is the positive pole and the black cable is the negative pole. 3. Make sure you have removed the insulation film on the battery in the remote control. 4. Take out the battery from the remote control, put the battery back in and press the red button on the remote control to turn on the remote control, and try a few times. 5. Press one of the buttons on the remote control. If the indicator light on the remote control flashes three times or is very low, it means that the battery power is too low.
