Unwind the desired amount of floss from the roll. 2. Hold firmly between the thumb and index finger, with about 2-3 cm protruding from the fingers. 3. Guide teeth through by gently pushing against teeth moving on. 4. Be careful not to stretch too much or move quickly to injure the gums. 5. Repeat this process for all teeth, including rear teeth.
