- LIGHTING: Low to medium — under weaker light the stems stretch and the colour fades, so match the plant to the lamp you actually have over the tank. Grown or finished at our own Lincolnshire nursery.
- KEEP IT AT 20–28°C — outside that range growth slows and the plant becomes more vulnerable, so it is worth checking against the rest of your stocking. A planting guide is included in the parcel.
- WATER pH Ideal: 6.0–7.6 — it is tolerant within that band, so in most tap-water aquariums no adjustment or buffering is needed. Rinse and acclimatise before planting so it settles in faster.
- CO2: Not required — grows well in low-tech tanks, but CO₂ can enhance growth rate and leaf size — injected CO2 gives faster, denser growth if you already run it.
- An aquarium plant, featuring uniquely finely branched leaf tips that give it a decorative, frilly appearance compared to standard Java Fern. Packed to travel and sent to arrive in good condition.
