About this item
- Water avens, a clump forming perennial reaching 40cm with soft green pinnate leaves forming a low mound, suited to pond margins, wet meadows and damp borders
- Compact spread of 25cm keeps it neat, so it can be planted in drifts along a small pond edge, at the front of a damp border or through a wet meadow planting
- Nodding bell shaped flowers in shades of pink to mauve with darker centres appear from May to July on slender upright stems above the low mounded leaves
- Grows in full sun or partial shade in moist soil, tolerating the damp ground found at a pond edge, in a wet meadow or in a naturalistic garden planting
- Low difficulty and easy to grow, the early nodding flowers give bees and butterflies nectar and support wildlife friendly wetland planting near the water

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
