Ingredients Surface cover: non-woven fabric made from polyethylene and polyester, Secondary layer: cellulose with polyester/ polypropylene, Absorbent core: Cellulose with superabsorbent polymer, Back sheet: polyethylene, Adhesive; synthetic resin (latex free), Adhesive protecting strip; paper with silicone, Wrapper: polythylene. Directions To use, remove the pad from its wrapper and place it in your underwear with the adhesive side down. The wings should fold around the edges of your underwear for a secure fit. Change the pad every 4-6 hours or as needed based on your flow. For disposal, wrap the used pad in tissue or toilet paper and dispose of it in the trash. Do not flush down the toilet.
