Ingredients Surface cover: non-woven fabric made from polyethylene and polyester, Secondary layer: cellulose with polyester/ polypropylene, Absorbent core: Cellulose with superabsorbent polymer, Back sheet: polyethylene, Adhesive; synthetic resin (latex free), Adhesive protecting strip; paper with silicone, Wrapper: polythylene. Directions 1. Remove one pad from the wrapper. 2. Peel off the protective strip from the adhesive backing. 3. Align the pad with the underwear, ensuring the wings are on the outside. 4. Press the pad firmly onto the underwear to ensure it stays in place. 5. Wear for up to 4-6 hours, depending on flow. 6. To remove, peel off the wings from the underwear and discard the pad in a waste bin. Always ensure proper hygiene and disposal practices.
