Product Description Lecithin is a naturally occurring mixture of compounds called phospholipids which have many roles in the body. Lifeplan lecithin is extracted at low temperatures from unrefined soya bean oil to maintain the nutritional value of the product. Additionally, soft gel encapsulation protects the potency and shelf-life of the product. Lecithin is used in foods as a fat emulsifier.
