- Apply the stain generously to the sea sponge and wipe with the extra fine wick to even out the colour.
- Allow to dry for 6 to 12 hours.
- Waxed Finish: make a traditional patina with the Fondur SEV finish and shellac.
- Varnished Finish: apply the glycerophthalic varnish, the polyurethane bi-component finish or the SP varnish.
- Before applying the stain on bare wood, moisten the wood so the fibres rise and then sand.
