The Lenox Tools 2544141HC High Speed One Tooth Rough Wood Hole Cutter 2-9/16-Inch is designed to work fast and last long. The cutting tooth is made of high speed steel and is resharpenable using the Lenox Diamond file. This hole cutter is made to run at high speeds with very little torque. This hole cutter is a very durable wood cutting tool that can work in wet, frozen, pressure treated and hard woods without binding. The patented design with large ejection gullet allows for easy plug removal. This unique design also allows you to cut at an angle allowing you to feed piping in different directions. This hole cutter works with a standard arbor, it works best with the Lenox 2L and 2L Snap Back Arbors. The ideal pilot bit for this hole cutter is a 3/8-Inch Stubby spade bit, but a traditional split point pilot bit will also do the trick.
