When choosing the size of the perforated tray, it is important to consider the insertion dimensions for the perforated trays in the oven, not the absolute internal dimensions of the oven. Wire grids are often attached to the edge of the oven to guide the baking trays, which can restrict the space available for the perforated tray. To determine the correct size of the perforated tray, please measure between the two guides in the oven and not against the oven wall. It is even easier if you measure a perforated tray that already fits. Please note: It is possible that certain scratches may occur during production, as is usual in the manufacture of professional baking trays. However, these scratches have no effect on the quality of the tray or the baking result. The perforated trays are made of aluminum and have a fine perforation, so they can warp slightly when heated.
