Please note: It is possible that certain scratch marks occur during production, as is common in the production of professional baking trays. However, these scratches do not affect the quality of the sheet or the baking result. The perforated sheets are made of aluminium and have a fine perforation, so they may warp slightly when heated. However, after cooling, they return to their normal shape.
