The LEE85 System Medium Edge Graduated Neutral Density Set from LEE Filters is a versatile set containing graduated neutral density filters 1-stop, 2-stop and 3-stop compatible with the LEE85 System filter holder. Each filter in this kit helps darken specific areas of an image, such as bright skies, while allowing normal, unaffected exposure in other regions of the image. Each filter is denser at the edge and erases in the middle, with a medium edge transition line between dense and light areas. The average edge transition between density and light parts of the filter is suitable for photographing scenes with an apparent horizon or line, but indistinct between light and shadow, such as when roofs, mountains or trees protrude into the sky.
