• The LEE Filters LEE100 Neutral Density Grad Hard Set is suitable for use with both digital and film cameras.
• Featuring 3 Hard Graduated filters in differing strengths; ND0.3 (1 Stop), ND0.6 (2 Stop), ND0.9 (3 Stop).
• The beauty of the graduated filter is that it allows the photogrpaher to reduce exposure in one part of the scene, while leaving the rest unaffected. And because the LEE Filters ND grads are truly neutral, there will be no nasty colour casts on the end result.
• The LEE100 ND Grads are used most commonly when the sky is brighter than the foreground. By placing an ND Grad across the bright area, detail is retained and a more balanced composition is the result.
• LEE100 Grads can be stacked one on top of the other, or combined with different effects grads for even more creative photographs. Try using with the LEE100 Circular Polariser.

The set contains graduated resin filters that enable the photographer to adjust exposure over part of the photograph without affecting colour balance. Exposure can be controlled by 1, 2 or 3 stops. For example, when photographing a landscape in which the sky is much brighter than the foreground, placing the Neutral Density part of the filter onto the sky in the frame will reduce the sky exposure without effecting the foreground. This enables cloud detail to be kept correctly exposed and avoids the 'white out' effect caused by exposing for the foreground.
