There are 2 different codes with the remote control as well as the projector. The remote control only works when it's set to same code as the projector. If the projector doesn't respond to the remote control, please change the code in either way as follows. To change the code for the projector: Select either Code 1 or Code 2 in the Setting Menu. To change the code for the remote control: Press and hold both the MENU and IMAGE buttons together for 5 seconds or more. After changing to the same code, they'll work properly. Note: If the batteries are removed from the remote control for a long period of time, the remote control code will be reset. Please refer to the projector user manual when using the remote control.
