Heat the warmer in the microwave to release the lavender scent and relax while to soothes and comforts everyday stresses, strains, aches and pains. It can also be used as a cold compress by putting it in a bag and placing in the freezer. The warmer wrap measurers approximately 46 cm long x 13 cm wide.
