About this item
  • 【Unique Design】The LavaLamp features a superior aluminium alloy base and lid to protect the liquid bottle body. Notice: it needs 1.5-2 hours of preheating to flow normally, please wait patiently; the optimal working temperature is 22-25°C. The background light changes and rotates between different colours, which is wonderful to watch.
  • 【LaveLamp with Remote Control】The LED liquid motion light can be brighter or darker, allowing you to control the lamp freely. With the remote, there are four modes: flash, strobe, fade and smooth. Note: the remote control does not include 2 AAA batteries, please prepare them yourself; the remote only controls the light and does not control the liquid flow.
  • 【LED Colour Changing MagmaLamp】Unlike traditional liquid motion lamps, this remote control LED LavaLamp provides 17 different colour changes with the wax through LED light heating and RGB colour changing. It creates a soft and dreamy atmosphere, perfect for adding a unique decorative touch to any room in your home.
  • 【Easy to Assemble】Carefully unpack the LaveLamp from the box. Position the body (B) on the base (A) and make sure it is secure and steady, then place the cap (C) on top of the bottle to complete the assembly. Assemble the motion lamp on a clean and flat surface. Note: do not move or shake the lamp while it is working to avoid liquid turbidity.
  • 【Perfect Present】The LavaLamp will be absolutely loved by both kids and adults. It is great as a night light, bedroom lamp, desk lamp or table lamp, and a great addition to your home decor. It is a wonderful present for family or friends, suitable for birthdays, holidays and housewarming, conveying your sincere blessings.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
